These terms apply when you or your company use Missions (“we”, “us”). By using Missions you agree to them. If you use Missions for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

The service

Missions is an online tool for planning projects and tracking tasks. We set up each company on a plan, and the plan decides limits such as users, workspaces, projects and storage. We keep improving Missions, so features may change over time.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
Company owners and admins decide who is invited, which role each person has and who can see which projects.
You are responsible for what happens in your account and your company’s workspace.

Your content

Everything you or your team put into Missions stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run the service for you. On plans that include it, you can export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Missions to break the law, to upload malware or content you have no right to share, to harass anyone, or to try to access accounts or data that are not yours. Do not overload or probe the service, and do not resell it without our written agreement.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are agreed with our team, and the price, length and invoice details are confirmed with you in writing before they start. If a paid plan ends and is not renewed, the workspace may move to read-only and later be suspended. We tell owners before that happens.

White-label and domains

You may show Missions under your own name, logo and domain. You are responsible for the branding and domain you use and for having the right to use them.

Availability and support

We work hard to keep Missions available and your data safe, including daily backups, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Contact us at hello@missionnops.com for help.

Ending

You can stop using Missions at any time, and an owner can delete the company from its settings (with a 30-day grace period). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.

Liability

Missions is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make important changes we will update the date above and, where it makes sense, tell owners in the app or by email.
